Announcement
On December 1, 2021 Povolzhskaya closed its acquisition of Permian Delaware Enterprises Holdings LLC, which owns Shell’s Permian assets. However, until further notice, royalty owners in these assets will continue receiving payments from Shell and should continue working with Shell Owner Relations for any questions.
